1. Only e-ticket are available for Hong Kong Autofest.
2. Tickets are valid for single day during its period of validity and the opening hours of the event period. The last admission time is 30 minutes before closing.
3. Please present your individual e-ticket upon your visit.
4. Tickets are valid for a single holder ONLY and become void upon entry.
5. Standard ticket holder can bring along one person with a valid Hong Kong full-time student ID for free admission.
6. Student tickets are valid only for holders of a valid Hong Kong full-time student ID, which must include a photo, name, and current academic year.
7. All tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
8. The following groups are eligible for free entrance (will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of identity):
   1. Preschoolers (under 6 years old)
   2. Seniors of 65 years old or above
   3. Holders of the Registration Card for People with Disabilities
9. In case of any disputes, the Organiser reserves the final right of decision on all matters concerning the use of tickets.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. 香港汽車文化節只提供電子門票。
2. 門票僅適用於活動期間內單日之開放時間，最後入場時間為閉館前30分鐘。
3. 進入會場前請出示電子門票。
4. 每張門票只限一名持有人使用，進入會場後門票即告失效。
5. 標準門票持有人可免費攜同一名持有效香港全日制學生證人士入場。
6. 學生門票僅適用於持有效香港全日制學生證人士，入場時必須出示有效香港全日制學生證（須附有相片、姓名及有效學年）。
7. 所有門票不得退款、轉讓或退換。
8. 以下人士可免費入場（入場時需出示相關證明文件）：
   1. 學前兒童（未滿6歲）
   2. 65歲或以上人士
   3. 持「殘疾人士登記證」人士
9. 主辦機構保留門票使用的最終決定權。
10. 主辦機構保留隨時更改條款及細則的權利而不作另行通知。

Personal information collected and held by us will only be used for all purposes relating to the Hong Kong Autofest (the Event).

The provision of personal data is entirely voluntary. However, if you do not provide us with the requested data, you may not be able to complete the reservation.

Information collected may be disclosed and transferred to the data processor or other agents of the Organiser who are engaged in relation to the conducting or monitoring of the Event for such purpose only and on a need-to-know basis, without the relevant participant’s prior consent. Such information will be properly stored and encrypted, and will be destroyed after the event ends.

Save for the above, information we collect about you will not be disclosed by us to any other party in a form that would identify you, as the case may be, unless it is permitted or authorised by law.

Any person who has provided his/her personal data to the Organiser in relation to the Event has the right to request access to, and correction of, such personal data held by the Organiser, by writing to the Data Protection Officer via e-mail to info@imxpo.com.hk.

我們所收集及保存的個人資料將僅用於與香港汽車文化節（下稱「活動」）有關的所有目的。提供個人資料完全是自願的。然而，倘閣下並無向我們提供所要求的資料，則閣下將不能完成購票程序。

所收集的資料可在未經相關參加者事先同意的情況下，披露及轉交給主辦單位就進行或監察有關活動而聘任的資料處理員或委任的其他代理商，惟此等披露及轉交僅供此用途，並按必須知情基礎進行。有關資料將妥善保存及進行加密，並於活動結束後銷毀。

除上文所述者外，除非法律允許或授權，我們不會以可識別閣下的形式向任何其他方披露所收集有關閣下的資料。

任何人士如已就活動向主辦單位提供其個人資料，均有權透過電郵至info@imxpo.com.hk以書面方式致函保障資料主任，要求查閱及更正主辦單位所保存的其有關個人資料。
